UNDER WHAT CONDITIONS CAN YOU SELL GOODS WITH US?
We mainly accept goods for commission sales . Clients rarely want to use a cash buyout. In the case of commission sales, a Contract on commission sales is drawn up with you, and you will receive the agreed amount shortly after we manage to sell the goods. We regularly inform our clients about sold goods by SMS or email. All our business takes place via the Internet and therefore we must comply with the statutory 14-day period for returning goods. Therefore, we only pay the money from commission sales after this period has expired.
The minimum period of commission sales is 1 month. In the event that the seller would like to interrupt the commission sale before the minimum period of 1 month has elapsed, we charge the amount of the fee specified in the commission contract. If the goods are not sold within 6-8 weeks , we will contact the seller with a proposal to adjust the price. If the item doesn't sell anyway, we'll return it to the owner at no charge.
WHAT DO I DO IF I WANT TO SELL ITEMS?
In the case of a decision to sell at SLuxurystore.cz, please contact us at the listed contacts or via the contact form . If you live in Ostrava and its surroundings, we will provide you with information on the personal purchase of goods. If you do not have the opportunity to meet us in person, pack the goods in a package, attach this form to it and send it by post or courier. We will inspect the goods, price them and send you the contract together with the price proposal to your email. After agreement, nothing prevents the sale.
