RECEIPT OF GOODS AND ITS SHIPMENT
We will contact you by email about the receipt of your order. We will pack the ordered goods for you and send them immediately upon receipt of the order. When sending, we will also contact you by email about the shipment. The place of delivery of the goods is the address specified by the buyer in the order. For proper and timely delivery, it is necessary that the address in the order is specified accurately and together with the telephone number. The goods can also be delivered to work, in this case, the exact address and telephone number must be specified.
PRICES AND DELIVERY METHOD
You can have your order delivered throughout the Czech Republic and Slovakia. The following companies provide transportation and delivery of all goods:
PPL EXPRESS TRANSPORT SERVICE
If you like to shop from the comfort of your home and want to take full advantage of all the advantages of online sales with home delivery, then the PPL shipping method is for you. The fee for PPL delivery in the Czech Republic is 119 CZK including VAT, with cash on delivery a fee of 49 CZK including VAT is charged. Delivery to Slovakia is charged 250 CZK including VAT, with cash on delivery an additional fee of 49 CZK including VAT is charged.
- PPL delivers packages on weekdays from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m.
- The delivery person will contact you by phone on the day of delivery to arrange the details of the delivery - delivery time, cash on delivery amount (if you have not already paid for the goods by bank transfer)
- In the case of cash on delivery, you can pay for the package in cash or by credit card directly to the driver when handing over the shipment (the option to pay by card only for deliveries within the Czech Republic).
- If the driver does not reach you on the first delivery attempt, he will leave a notice in your mailbox and deliver the package to you the next business day.
- When delivering goods to Slovakia, PPL will hand over the package to the DHL delivery service, which will then contact you to hand over the goods.
- The shipment can be tracked online at www.ppl.cz.
Acceptance and complaints - when accepting the shipment, it is necessary to check the packaging of the shipment - an obvious defect (damage to the packaging) must be reported immediately and noted on the consignment note. The shipment can thus be accepted even with this defect without worrying about the subsequent claim for possible damage. Check the contents of the shipment after the driver leaves, the driver does not wait for the contents to be checked when handing over - hidden defects can be reported within 3 days after accepting the shipment and request a damage report to be drawn up.
PERSONAL COLLECTION IN THE MAILING NETWORK
You can have your order delivered to partner pickup locations in the Zásilkovna network. The fee for personal pickup at a partner pickup location is CZK 99 including VAT, and for cash on delivery, an additional fee of CZK 49 including VAT is charged.
- You will be informed about the possibility of collection by SMS.
- You have 7 days to pick up your order.
- When picking up your order, you will be asked to present an identity document or other document.
Acceptance and complaints - if a defect, damage or incompleteness of the shipment is detected upon acceptance of the shipment, it is necessary to immediately write a damage report on the spot with the delivery staff (the staff is obliged to have it with them), which is signed by both parties and the recipient keeps a copy of it. Later complaints caused by transport will not be taken into account!
Personal collection in Ostrava
You can pick up your order and pay in cash in Ostrava or Opava after prior telephone arrangement, free of charge.
