ACCEPTANCE OF GOODS AND ITS SHIPMENT
We will contact you by email about the acceptance of your order. We will pack the ordered goods for you and send them immediately upon receipt of the order. We will also contact you by email when sending the shipment. The place of delivery of the goods is the address specified by the buyer in the order. For proper and timely delivery, it is necessary that the address in the order is given exactly and together with the telephone number. The goods can also be delivered to the workplace, even in this case the exact address and telephone number must be provided.
PRICES AND METHOD OF DELIVERY
You can have your order delivered throughout the Czech Republic and Slovakia. Transport and delivery of all goods are provided by the following companies:
EXPRESS TRANSPORT SERVICE PPL
If you like to shop from the comfort of your home and want to take full advantage of all the advantages of online sales and home delivery, then the PPL transport method is for you. The fee for delivery of PPL within the Czech Republic is 120 CZK including VAT, in the case of payment by cash on delivery, a fee of 20 CZK including VAT is also charged. Delivery to Slovakia is charged 250 CZK including VAT, for cash on delivery an additional fee of 20 CZK including VAT is charged.
- PPL delivers packages on weekdays from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m.
- The delivery person will contact you by phone on the day of delivery to arrange delivery details - delivery time, cash on delivery amount (if you have not already paid for the goods by bank transfer)
- In the case of cash on delivery, you can pay the amount for the package in cash or by credit card directly with the driver when handing over the package (possibility to pay by card only for delivery within the Czech Republic).
- If the driver does not reach you on the first delivery attempt, he will leave a notice in the mailbox and deliver the package to you the next working day.
- When delivering goods to Slovakia, PPL will hand over the package to the DHL delivery service, which will then contact you to hand over the goods.
- The route of the shipment can be followed on the Internet at the website www.ppl.cz.
Acceptance and complaints - when taking over the shipment, it is necessary to check the packaging of the shipment - an obvious defect (damage to the packaging) must be reported immediately and noted in the waybill. It is thus possible to take over the shipment even with this defect without worrying about the subsequent application of any damage. Check the contents of the shipment after the driver's departure, the driver does not wait for the contents to be checked during handover - hidden defects can be reported within 3 days after receiving the shipment and request a damage report.
PERSONAL COLLECTION IN THE ZILKOVNA NETWORK
You can have your order delivered to partner collection points in the Zásilkovna network. The fee for personal collection at a partner delivery point is 99 CZK including VAT, for cash on delivery an additional fee of 20 CZK including VAT is charged.

- You have 7 days to pick up your order.
- When picking up your order, you will be asked to present your ID or other document.

Receipt and claim - if a defect, damage or incompleteness of the shipment is detected during acceptance, it is necessary to write a damage report immediately on the spot with the delivery service staff (the service staff is obliged to have it with them), which is signed by both parties and the recipient keeps his a copy. Later complaints caused by transport will not be taken into account!
Personal collection in Ostrava
You can pick up the order and pay in cash in Ostrava or Opava after prior arrangement by phone, free of charge.
- We will inform you about the readiness of the order by e-mail (the order is not ready before it is sent).
- You have 7 days to pick it up, then the order will be cancelled.
